I just realized it’s been a month since my last post! I had planned to post something every day, and obviously that was not going to happen. Anyway, a lot has been happening this past month, which is one of the reasons why I haven’t posted anything. I’ve been busy!!!!
I do want to post a message that without my staff I wouldn’t be able to do my job. When I say “this needs to be done,” it’s done! I never tell them when or how I need it done; they just take care of things. What more can a boss ask for?
So, reader, I am asking for your stories. As an employee, when do you offer to do more than asked and why? As a supervisor, how do you motivate staff to do more than expected?
